On Tea Time

1 cup of warm water

1 Tea bag

Or one table spoon of coffee

How to Make omelet?

1: preheat a pan

2: Pour oil into the pan

3: cut onion into small rings

4: add Garlic paste

5: whisk eggs with Salt and pepper in a deep bowl

6: pour The eggs mixture into the pan and cook for 3 to 5 minutes.

7: Transfer omelet to the plate and eat with Slice of Brown Bread

8: enjoy you tea

Lunch

Steam Chicken with salad

Protein, Carbs , Fat in Lunch :75g/ 15g / 10g

250g of Bone less chicken

100g of Curd

spices to Taste: Black pepper

White pepper

1 table spoon ginger past

1 Table spoon Garlic Past
